Medical Weight Loss for Employer Groups (GLP-1)

The program provides employees with a virtual clinical team, medical labs, and medication management in an inclusive weight loss program with the goal of long-term success. Our virtual-first model meets patients where they are while providing evidence-based care plans and prescriptions including GLP-1 class medications.  Our AI and advanced at-home diagnostics personalize care at every step.

Medical Claims Adjudication (501(r) and Claims Review)

Hospital bills can result in financial catastrophe for families. Many hospital bills and claims are improperly applied but it’s difficult for individuals and organizations to effectively challenge, negotiate and recover improper claims charges.

For all beneficiaries, we provide hospital claim review and a turnkey end-to-end solution to apply, reprice, and adjudicate payment. The program also processes 501(r) discount program applications on behalf of eligible beneficiaries.


Medication Management (PGx)

Leading with a pharmacogenomics test, the program includes drug/drug, drug/gene and FDA Label insights for clinicians and pharmacists to provide patients with the right medication at the right dose at the right time.

The program reduces adverse drug interactions, informs proper dosing and reduces adverse events and unnecessary symptoms. Proper medication dosing, drug selection and guidance provided by a PharmD are included. Our PBM advisors review the program for potential per-member formulary drug savings.

This program can include an medical cannabis test (CBGx) to provide a comprehensive view of medication management and risk aversion.


Employee Benefits Wallet

Led by a bring-your-own-card (BYOC) system, employee care provided a fully integrated solution for managing lifestyle and wellness benefits, insurance, perks, rewards and recognition, and expense reimbursement- in one system.

Employees get access to a marketplace of products and services that are personalized to their everyday life, allowing for a flexible benefits program without the complexity of vendor-heavy benefits management. Employer contributions are made easy across benefits, rewards, perks and incentive compensation.


Enrollment Automation and Live Benefits Gurus

The program provides nationwide credentialed live benefits advisors to provide benefit enrollment guidance to employees. The platform provides human decision support to help employees understand, choose and manage their benefits throughout the open enrollment process.

The Program provides carriers, enrollment firms and health and benefits agencies with the tools and personnel needed to increase employee engagement and deliver empathetic decision support at scale.


Medical Cannabis Management (CBGx)

This endocompatability DNA test for medical cannabis and CBD provides 57 genetic trait reports to create a personalized treatment and wellness plan with specific product recommendations for clinicians and patients.

A personalized risk assessment summary profile creates endo aligned formulation suggestions to maximize the effectiveness of treatment while reducing advere events and side-effects.

This program can include a pharmacogenomics (PGx) test to provide a comprehensive view of medication management and risk aversion.


Medical Rebates (J-Code Rebate Management)

Physicians provide more than half of specialized medications at the point of care. Injectable drugs are eligible for rebates, albeit qualifying institutions don't always collect them. This is because infusions and other J-code medications are covered under medical insurance rather than pharmacy benefits.

Our program will review medical claims data to identify potential J-code medical rebates that can be captured on behalf of your beneficiaries.


Personalized Drug Benefits Cards

A personalized drug benefit card offering provides tailored solutions for employers, enhancing both cost efficiency and employee satisfaction. This card gives employees access to 180 commonly prescribed generic medications at highly competitive prices, ensuring affordable coverage for routine health needs.

In addition to covering a wide range of generic drugs, the card’s offering is uniquely customizable based on the claims utilization of the employer group. Through an analysis of historical claims data, the PBM advisory team identifies key specialty medications that align with the specific health conditions prevalent within the employee population.


Digital Therapeutics

We provide a complete health solution in a companion app experience to provide virtual care, validated wellness guidance, rewards for healthy behaviors and connected communities.

Curated by disease state, the app is always connected to an on-demand provider network including access to board-certified doctors and nutritionists. Access medical, mental health, and nutrition support for treatment and prescriptions, second opinions or health advocacy.
